Which shipping provider do you use?
We ship via J&T Express for fast and reliable delivery across Malaysia.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer physical product shipping within Malaysia. However, international customers can purchase digital products (if available).
How long does it take to receive my parcel?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Peninsular Malaysia: ~3 working days
Sabah & Sarawak: ~5 working days
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
ToyyibPay (for customers in Malaysia)
Stripe (for international payments on digital products)
What should I do after making payment?
You will receive an email confirmation once payment is successful.
For orders placed before 1:00 PM, we process shipping the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.
For pre-order items, processing may take around 1 week before shipping.
